We are seeking full-time permanent English language Link Builders to join our team. The Link Builder/Traffic Building Specialist is responsible for developing quality back links to web sites for our clients.

LINK BUILDER – TRAFFIC BUILDING SPECIALIST

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Ability to formulate a link building plan for a client, discuss options, and execute the agreed plan
• Maintaining detailed logs of successful and unsuccessful link building activities

• Provide Client Progress Reports on Traffic & Backlinks
• Ongoing link building education
• Keyword Research and Optimized Meta Tag Creation
• Article, Directory, Press Release, and RSS and Yahoo Answers Submission
• Social Bookmarking, Pinging Blogs & Forums
• Blog and Forum Commenting - Posting thoughtful, well written comments on relevant blogs
• Reciprocal Link Building - Quality valued over quantity
• Writing Content for Squidoo Lens and HubPages
• Willingness to Document and Train Others on Link Building
• Other Duties as Assigned - Might Include Light Virtual Assistant Type Duties

 

Desired Profile: The ideal candidate should

• Have a 4 year college degree
• Have experience with SEO tools
• Have strong organizational and time management skills and superior record keeping skills
• Have excellent verbal, listening, and written English communication skills.
• Have a sound grasp of English grammar.
• Have good knowledge of computers and the Internet.  Should have strong working knowledge of MS Applications, Internet Explorer and Firefox.
• Prefer familiarity with HTML & open source languages
• Be self-motivated, intelligent, creative
• Possess good customer service skills and be able to deal politely with a variety of personalities. Must be able to negotiate creative link “deals” to benefit client

Experience: 6 months – 3 years. Will consider outstanding recent graduates with recommendations

Compensation: Salary depends on experience.

Candidates should plan on providing their own computers and work locations until ~ August 2008. Must have high-speed internet access or access to internet access multiple times day. Candidates will take be expected to take a writing test as part of the interviewing process. Applicants should be willing to work graveyard shift.
